Flare

Where Light Shapes Living

Developer : Bingatti | Agency: Minmud | Location: Dubai, UAE

The Project

We brought Flare to life through imagery that mirrors its architectural spirit, a striking twin-tower landmark where sculpted light and form redefine the skyline. Our work captures the interplay of innovation and emotion at the heart of this development, framing it not just as a place to live, but as a bold statement of contemporary luxury. From sweeping skyline views to intimate interior moments, every visual celebrates Flare’s vision; an elevated way of living that stands apart from the ordinary.

The Design

Flare’s architecture rises as a sculptural gesture, two slender towers defined by shifting forms, textured façades, and the play of light across their surfaces. Every line and plane is designed to catch the sun and city glow, creating a living landmark that feels dynamic from every angle. It is a design that speaks in light, shadow, and silhouette, a statement of precision and presence on the Dubai skyline.

The Film

Our film follows three friends - a model, a fashion designer, and a photographer - whose distinct talents and unique styles come together. Set against the Flare’s luminous architecture, their journey to create a fashion show becomes a celebration of individuality and shared vision. Through moments of ambition, friendship, and artistry, the story captures how Flare is more than a residence, it’s a catalyst for creativity, connection, and living.

The Production

Filmed in Brisbane Australia, the film uses carefully chosen locations transformed to evoke the atmosphere of Dubai. Through meticulous art direction and location dressing, we created a seamless sense of place. Studio shoots and greenscreen work were integrated to achieve key visual effects, while full CG shots were blended with live-action to present a vivid vision of the unrealised development. The result is a cinematic experience where every frame feels authentic, dynamic, and true to Flare’s architectural vision.
