The Project
First Flight is a film created by Minmud showing the Zaha Hadid designed Daxing Airport. The film follows the construction of the airport from one year, one month and one day before - the first flight.
The Process
Created entirely in 3D, the film utilizes volumetric atmospherics to evoke an emotive style with a profound depth of mood. By employing advanced filmmaking processes and in-depth post-production techniques, Minmud was able to infuse their unique visual style into the film's overall look and feel.
